We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your Knix gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for most items. Please ensure products are in their original condition with tags attached, excluding final sale items and specific intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.

Return Process

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items, and drop the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
